I'm an RICS accredited Chartered Surveyor and freelance Estimator with experience across residential, commercial, and fit-out construction. I've worked alongside main contractors, specialist subcontractors and businesses of all sizes — based in the South East, taking on tender pricing and take-offs UK-wide.
I set up Hobday QS because I saw how many firms — from sole traders to established contractors — were missing out on work simply because they didn't have the time or capacity to price jobs properly.
