I'm a freelance Quantity Surveyor and Estimator with experience across residential, commercial, and fit-out construction. I've worked alongside main contractors, specialist subcontractors and businesses of all sizes across London and the South East.

I set up Hobday QS because I saw how many firms — from sole traders to established contractors — were missing out on work simply because they didn't have the time or capacity to price jobs properly. I fill that gap, and I do it without fuss, regardless of the job size.
